Eggplant Parmigiana
Thinly sliced medallions of eggplant, fried, and covered in mozzarella cheese and flavorful marinara. This dish is baked and served on a bed of tender pasta.

Chicken Parmigiana
We roll a tender breast of chicken in zesty Italian-style breadcrumbs, fry it, then place it atop a bed of pasta, smother it with mozzarella, and bake it in a sea of piquant marinara sauce.

Menu Items:

Ravioli
We create these small cases of pasta dough right here in our restaurant and fill them with your choice of beef or cheese. Served with our homemade pasta sauce.

Manicotti
A tube of homemade pasta filled with a special blend of ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese, topped with a layer of mozzarella and baked in our marinara sauce—a tradition in our restaurant.
